Pricing
When it comes to software we know that pricing can be a sensitive area for businesses.

Overages, changes, and sustainment can blow out a contract and radically expand an initial quote, leaving you paying much more than you anticipated for the product you were promised.

We believe in two fundamental truths that shape the way we price our services:

1. Software is not static. We will build something but it will change as your business grows. Adjustments and feature requests are part of the natural lifecycle of effective software. If you are using it then there will be things that need to change as your business evolves. ​
​
2. Software is a long term relationship. We don't believe in a hit and run approach of writing software and then leaving it and you behind. When you engage with us, it means that we will always be there to help manage the evolution of our work.

That has led to our philosophy on pricing. We can't nail down a specific price without understanding your needs better, but all of our contracts are made up of the same two elements:

Build
This is the largest fee that accompanies an engagement with us. It is a fixed price fee that encompasses the stages of work from gathering requirements to deployment.
It is fixed price so the responsibility lies with us to deliver on budget. For you it means you will know when you sign how much it will be as a capital expenditure. No overages or adjustments. What you see is what you pay.
Sustainment
This is a monthly fee that you pay for as long as you are using the software that we built for your business. For Data Migrations the time period might be only a few months after you have transitioned into your new system. For Automation and Engineering it is as long as we manage the solution.

This operational expense includes unlimited changes and updates to the solutions we have provided and full-time support from our team.
​
Our goal is for this fee to be no more expensive than another SAAS subscription. Again, everything is included in this one fee. You wont get any surprises from us.
